AgenticBizAI designs and builds AI automation systems for businesses. This policy explains what personal information this website collects, why we collect it, and what we do with it.
It covers this website only. It does not cover the separate systems we build and operate for clients under contract, which are governed by the agreement for that engagement.
We collect information in only two ways, and both require you to type it in yourself.
When you request a consultation. Our contact form asks for your name and email address, and optionally your company name, website, industry, a description of the workflow you want to automate, the tools you currently use, your budget range, your timeline, and a preferred meeting time. Only name, email, and the workflow description are required.
When you subscribe to our newsletter. We collect your email address and nothing else.
We do not use advertising trackers, analytics pixels, or third-party marketing cookies on this site. We do not buy personal information from data brokers, and we do not build profiles of visitors who never contact us.
This site sets no advertising or analytics cookies. The only thing stored in your browser is your light or dark theme preference, kept in your browser's local storage so the site looks the same on your next visit. That value never leaves your device and is never sent to us. Clearing your browser data removes it.
We use what you send us to:
We do not sell your personal information. We do not rent or trade it, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
When you submit the contact form, we generate an initial assessment of the workflow you described so we can come to the consultation prepared. Where an external AI provider is used for this step, the industry, tools, and workflow description you entered are sent to that provider for processing. Your name and email address are not included in that request.
Please do not paste customer records, patient information, credentials, or other confidential data into the form. A general description of the process is all we need at this stage.
Your enquiry is stored on our own server and delivered to our team inbox by email. That means our email provider processes the message in the ordinary course of delivering it, and our hosting provider stores the data on our behalf. Both act as service providers and are not permitted to use your information for their own purposes.
We may also disclose information where the law requires it, or where it is necessary to establish or defend a legal claim.
We keep consultation enquiries for as long as needed to respond and to maintain a record of our business relationship, and we delete them when they are no longer needed for that purpose. Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe.
Access to enquiry data is limited to the people who need it to respond to you. That said, no method of transmitting or storing information is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please do not send sensitive personal information through this website.
You can ask us to provide a copy of the information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Email info@agenticbizai.com and we will action the request. Depending on where you live you may have additional rights under local law, and we will honour those where they apply.
To stop receiving the newsletter, use the unsubscribe option in any newsletter email or email us directly.
This site is intended for businesses. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
If we change how we handle personal information, we will update this page and revise the date at the top. Material changes will be made clear rather than made quietly.
